1. Our services

VLGenix Systems designs and builds websites, branding, AI assistants, automations and custom software for businesses. The information on this site is general and may change. Any project is governed by a separate written proposal or agreement; nothing on this site, including replies from Genix, is a binding offer or quote until that agreement is signed.

2. The AI assistant

• Genix is an artificial intelligence, not a person. Its replies are generated automatically and may be inaccurate or incomplete.
• Genix's replies are for information only and are not legal, financial, tax or other professional advice.
• The free website diagnosis is an automated, indicative review based on publicly available data. It is not a full audit, and results can vary.
• Live demos show how the product could work for a business; they are simulations, not a service already set up for you.
• We may limit or suspend use of the assistant to prevent abuse or keep costs under control.

3. Acceptable use

When using the site, you agree not to:

• Use it for anything unlawful, fraudulent or harmful.
• Try to access systems or data without permission, test the site's vulnerabilities, or interfere with how it works.
• Overload the site or the assistant with automated requests, scrape content, or try to make the assistant ignore its instructions or produce harmful content.
• Send other people's personal information without their permission, or send content that infringes someone else's rights.

4. Booking calls

Calls are scheduled through Cal.com, whose terms also apply. You'll receive a confirmation email with links to reschedule or cancel; please use them if you can't attend.

5. Intellectual property

The content, design, code and brands of this site — including the names VLGenix Systems, Genix and Genix LeadEngine and their logos — belong to VLGenix Systems or its licensors. You may not copy, modify or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

You keep ownership of the information you send us. You allow us to use it to reply to you, prepare proposals and provide our services, as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Third-party links and services

The site may link to or use third-party services (such as Cal.com or WhatsApp). We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices; their own terms and policies apply.

7. Disclaimer

The site and the assistant are provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or that its information is complete or up to date.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, VLGenix Systems will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data or business, arising from your use of the site or the assistant. Our total liability for any claim related to the use of this site is limited to USD 100. This doesn't limit liability that cannot be limited by law, and it doesn't affect the terms of any separate agreement for a project.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which VLGenix Systems LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, you keep any protections that the law of your country gives you and that cannot be waived.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
